Adam walks to the pub and back with old friend Garth who talks about how his family responded to last appearance on the podcast, updates Adam on the progress of his animated film, listens politely as Adam tells him the story of when Ken Korda invaded Warner Bros TV studios in LA, and reminisces about the dinner of a lifetime.

Thanks to Seamus Murphy-Mitchell for production support!

£1000 restaurant bill?!! Surely you'd remember if you paid that yourself? That's the kind of memory that stays with you for life. And not in a good way.
I had lunch at the Sayoy hotel recently, so there.
( It didn't set me back a grand and I had lobster with truffles).
Hilarious, charming, life affirming. Makes one feel one isn't alone: the podcast equivalent of Bowie's TOTP Starman appearance. Keep going, don't change a thing, and thank you.
Only just got around to listening to this one thanks to listening device issues. Laughed my flipping socks off - so thanks to you and Garth. Trailer for his film looks good. For some reason one of my kids thought your name was Alan Buxton...which instantly made me wonder what alternate career path you might have ended up on had that really been your name. Alan and Joe? They sound rubbish.
Yay for ramble chat, love it!
Dear Adam Buxton. We are going to need a whole load more podcasts I'm afraid. At LEAST one a week, preferably more. Thank you.
A note about Comments
Hello Podcats and Blog friends,
I wanted to let you know that comments have been disabled on the blog and the app for the time being. This is not because of anyone posting anything abusive or anything like that, but just because I seldom get round to moderating the stuff that comes in as promptly as I should, and rather than irritate people who don’t understand why their comment hasn’t been posted, I think it’s easier if I just switch them off. Sorry about that, but time is scarce and I’m disappointed to discover I can’t do everything! And if you’re one of the people who submitted a comment and it hasn’t been posted - sincere apologies.
